Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Line Dance Fitness! By participating in our classes or events, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility
Our classes are open to individuals aged 16 and above.
Participants under the age of 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian to attend.
2. Health and Safety
Participation in Line Dance Fitness classes and events is voluntary and involves physical activity, which may pose a risk of injury.
It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they are in good physical health and capable of participating in physical exercise. If in doubt, consult a healthcare professional before attending.
Participants must inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations prior to the start of a class.
3. Waiver of Liability
Line Dance Fitness is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or health issues that may arise during or after participation in our classes or events.
By participating, you accept full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, associated with the activity.
This waiver extends to the venue, instructors, and staff associated with Line Dance Fitness.
4. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow participants.
Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the class or event, with no refund provided.
Alcohol or drug use is strictly prohibited during classes.
5. Class Attendance
Pre-booking may be required to secure a spot in the class.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the start of the class to avoid forfeiting the session fee.
Late arrivals may not be allowed to join the class for safety reasons.
6. Refund Policy
Payments for classes or events are non-refundable, except in cases where Line Dance Fitness cancels a session.
Any refunds issued are at the sole discretion of Line Dance Fitness.
7. Event-Specific Terms
Separate terms and conditions may apply to special events or workshops. These will be communicated during the booking process.
8. Photography and Media
By attending classes or events, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform the instructor or staff prior to the session.
9. Changes to Schedule or Terms
Line Dance Fitness reserves the right to modify the class schedule, venue, or terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes in advance.
10. Data Protection
Personal information collected during registration will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for the purpose of administering classes and events.

Refund & Rescheduling Policy
At Line Dance Fitness, we strive to offer flexibility to our customers. However, we have a clear policy regarding refunds and rescheduling to ensure fairness and maintain the quality of our classes.
1. Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any classes purchased, as our booking system is designed to allow for rescheduling if necessary.
2. Rescheduling Classes
If you are unable to attend a class you have booked, you may reschedule it up to 24 hours before the class start time. This can be done easily through your account section on our website or app.
3. Rescheduling Within 24 Hours
If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of the class, we kindly ask that you email us directly at linedancefitness.uk@gmail.com. Please note that rescheduling within this 24-hour window is only permitted under the following circumstances:
- Illness
- Injury
- Inability to attend due to circumstances beyond your control (e.g., transport issues)
For these cases, we can only offer to rearrange your booking once per calendar month. If you exceed this allowance, we will not be able to offer further rescheduling for that month, and no refunds will be issued.
4. Limitations and Non-Transferability
- You can only reschedule a class once within a 24-hour window per calendar month. If you need to reschedule more than once in a month, we are unable to offer this service.
- Rescheduled classes must be used within a reasonable time frame, subject to availability.
- Classes are non-transferable to other individuals.
